San Antonio drivers can take to the skies, briefly, on the North Side this weekend.
Two new flyover ramps on the Loop 1604 and U.S. Highway 281 interchange are set to open to traffic, officials said. The ramps are part of the US-281 expansion project, designed to improve traffic flow on the congested major artery.
