Kristina, who often goes by Kristy, is a lover of reading, writing, and forever philosophizing about both individual and collective existence. She is driven by the powerful — and often mysterious — essence of the mind, deeply fascinated by its inner and outer workings. Recognizing the depth of these interests early on, Kristy knew she had found her calling. Her life’s work revolves around the exploration and expansion of the mind and, through it, the exploration and expansion of the self, using all mediums of communication.

Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Writing, Kristy masterfully weaves together two vital realms of knowledge — psychology and creative expression — that she believes are fundamental to the formation and transformation of the mind. To her, the mind is the ultimate power, inseparable from the heart. When the two connect, she believes, we propel ourselves forward in extraordinary ways.
