Cleto Rodriguez has earned the title of Best Local Celebrity in San Antonio in this year’s Readers’ Choice Awards, and it’s no wonder, given his stellar comedic act!
After 24 years, he still loves what he’s doing every single day. “My favorite part of being a comedian is definitely my passion to make people laugh!”
And laugh they do, as he entertains crowds alongside fellow celebrities like George Lopez, Gabriel Iglesias, Wayne Brady, and Daniel Tosh. He also opened once for the legendary B.B. King.

When asked what he feels separates him from other Latino comedians, he says, “The one thing that separates me is that my act is completely clean! I also give all glory to Jesus Christ for helping me with that and causing my career to prosper.”
